Subject: Shipment Palletization Program Cancellation

Based on an extensive review of supplier feedback, effective immediately, JCPenney has decided to cancel rollout of our Retail Palletization Program.  Suppliers can request authorization to palletize bulk shipments by forwarding an email to schelp@jcpenney.com.  Each request will be reviewed on it’s own merit.

If you wish to request retail bulk palletization authorization, please note the following:   

·        Palletization will not be supported by unique ASN mapping requirements 

·        Shipments of non-bulk orders cannot be palletized  

This notice rescinds the bulletin titled ‘(05/27/03) Shipment Palletization Requirements- Phase 1 (Revised)’.  Questions regarding this bulletin should be forwarded to schelp@jcpenney.com.
